Returns Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene Policy (Important)

Since we deal in grooming products (Hair Trimmers), items cannot be returned if the seal is broken or if the product shows signs of use, due to health and safety regulations.

Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide store credit. This process usually takes 5-7 working days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@novexal.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
